Katie Martin is a strength and nutrition coach with over a decade of experience in the global fitness industry.
She is the Lead Strength Trainer for Sweat and a proud Ambassador for lululemon, empowering women worldwide to train with confidence, build strength and prioritise long-term health.
Katie is the founder of immersive international wellness retreats, blending progressive training, Pilates and practical nutrition education to create transformative experiences across Australia and internationally. She is also the author of The Kitchen Series, a cookbook collection dedicated to simple, balanced meals that support performance and everyday life.
Through her coaching, content and global partnerships, Katie’s mission is to help women feel strong, capable and in control of their health for life.
