This retreat is a refined Australian take on my annual European experience.

Set in the laid-back surrounds of Crescent Head, this week is designed to bring you back to yourself through movement, routine, connection and time away from the noise of everyday life.

Think ocean swims at sunrise, structured training, long lunches, meaningful conversation and space to properly switch off.

It is an opportunity to reset your habits, reconnect with your body and leave feeling stronger, clearer and more grounded.

Hosted at Sea Sea Hotel, Crescent Head, a boutique coastal stay inspired by 70’s Australian surf culture.

Nestled in on the East Coast of Australia, Sea Sea blends relaxed design, music, art and local lifestyle to create a space that feels both elevated and effortless.

You will spend the week immersed in the rhythm of the coast, just moments from the ocean, surrounded by nature and simplicity.

About Katie Martin

Katie Martin is an internationally recognised strength trainer and lululemon Ambassador for Australia and New Zealand. With over a decade of experience, she is a lead trainer on the global Sweat app, coaching thousands of women around the world through structured strength and running programs that build long term confidence and resilience.

Known for her clear teaching style and empowering coaching approach, Katie blends evidence based programming with a deep focus on connection, community and longevity. She is also the author of the best selling cookbook series The Kitchen Series, inspiring simple, nourishing home cooking for her global audience.

  • WHAT TO EXPECT

    This is a structured, intentional experience designed to support your training, your health and your overall wellbeing.

    Across the week, Katie will be running:

    • Morning mobility sessions to ease you into each day
    • 2 guided strength training sessions
    • Daily Pilates sessions each afternoon
    • 2 learn to run sessions, suitable for all levels
    • A workshop each day focused on the key pillars of your health
    • Ocean swims and outdoor movement
    • Time to rest, recharge and reset

    All sessions are personally hosted and coached by Katie.

DAY ONE - ARRIVAL

This itinerary is designed to provide structure while still allowing space to rest, explore and move at your own pace.
All sessions are optional and can be adapted to suit your individual level.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot.

    After filling out your details via the register form, Katie will be in touch within 24 hours with an invoice for your 30% deposit.

  • Book your transport to and from the event as soon as possible to avoid any issues or delays.

    Please make sure you choose a flex fare so you can accommodate any changes if needed.

  • Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure.

Payment Schedule

To secure your place on the retreat, payments are structured as follows:

  • 30% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking

  • 40% of the total balance due 6 months prior to retreat commencement

  • Final 30% balance due 90 days prior to retreat commencement

All payments must be made in full by the final payment date to retain your place.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All retreat payments are non-refundable. Guests are strongly encouraged to take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

Bank transfer is the preferred payment method. Credit card payments are available for convenience and incur a processing fee.

Credit card payments are processed via Stripe and will incur a processing fee (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 AUD per transaction), which will be added at checkout.

Flights, airport transfers, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise stated.
